Shipping Policy
At Soul Food Candle Co., each order is carefully prepared and packed by our team. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and fulfillment from the date your order is received by our dispatch team. This processing timeframe does not include shipping transit times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Soul Food Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our customer support email and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. We will review each situation and work toward an appropriate resolution when applicable.
